As the weather cools down, let’s heat things up with a tasting of comforting red wines from around the world – the perfect way to prepare yourself for the long winter ahead. Taste reds in a range of styles including light, full, sweet, sparkling, spicy, mellow, and fruity. As we taste each wine, we will also discuss wine making techniques, aging capability, the perfect food pairings and occasions for serving them. Includes a tasting of 8 wines, handouts, and instruction from a groovy grapes sommelier.
