Fazzoletti is not a bad word!

There is nothing as delectable as fresh hand-rolled pasta. In this

hands-on class Chef Cindy Tofanello from Algonquin College will show you

many ways to make fresh pasta with 3 different sauces. You will also try

your hand at making cheese tortellini, and for the main event, her

favourite pasta recipe: freshly made Fazzoletti, stuffed with cheese and

caramelized onions served with salsa di pomodoro (tomato sauce).
