Explore & enjoy oriental night dishes with Chef Thuy Nguyen in this hands-on cooking class. Our menu starts with succulent Cantonese potstickers, followed by delicate Vietnamese shrimp rolls with soy bean dip. On to Bangkok with Thai waterfall beef with cold noodles. To top things off Thuy wants you to savour pineapple ice cream with crystal ginger strips.
