Event Details
 
Learn the distinctive flavors of the world's wine and cheeses as we sip and nibble our way through Europe and the Americas. We'll sample wines and cheeses from modest to extravagant as we see which best complements the other. Special fee covers all tastings. Please bring a photo ID that indicates your age to class. Sheral has an MS in education and has been a wine educator in California and Utah since 1991; she is the owner of Wasatch Academy of Wine.
