"The Perfect Wine Party" presented by Good Food Catering (catering company of 39 Rue de Jean and Coast restaurants) and Charleston Wine Traveler, pairing two whites and three reds with plated hors d'oeuvres by Executive Chef Fred Neuville.

Rolling Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon with Lemon Cured Grilled Shrimp

Novellum Chardonnay with Rare Seared Tuna on Wonton Crisps with Fresh Cilantro & Citrus Salsa

Begali Valpolicella with Fried Housemade Cheese Tortellini on Rosemary Skewer

Cline "Ancient Vine" with Prosciutto Wrapped Figs and a Balsamic Drizzle

Ravenswood "Zen" with Mini Pulled BBQ Sandwiches and a Pomegranate BBQ Sauce

This unique educational event is set as a formal wine and food pairing seminar with limited seating. Evaluation will be discussed during pairing and wine sales will follow event.
