Mushroom Foraging and Edible Hike through the private and protected forest at a secret location near the Delaware Water Gap Recreational Area. Locals Naturalist John Serrao and Mushroom Hunter, Rick Koval will co-lead this outdoor culinary adventure with the goal of educating participants on wild edibles in this unique environment. Hikers will bring back their finds to Chef Laurie Diaz from The Private Table, who will prepare these ingredients for a remote gourmet lunch in the woods.
