Noto’s Old World Italian Dining, a Grand Rapids area family-owned restaurant, is sending their highly acclaimed chef, Darin Wilbur, on this cruise.  Chef Darin earned the distinguished Chef of the Year from the American Culinary Federation in both 2006 and 2007.  This cruise will offer a cooking demonstration and culinary arts/wine lecture from Chef Darin Wilbur as well as other cooking classes and demonstrations by Holland America Line chefs. 

Noto’s Old World Italian Dining has developed from a vending cart in 1979 to a 17,000 square foot fine dining restaurant in Ada, MI as well as a 23,000 square foot banquet facility.  Your dining experience at Noto’s includes fine gourmet Italian cuisine, an extensive Italian wine list, the best spirits and outstanding pastries.  They have earned the distinction of both the 2007 Ethnic Restaurant of the Year Award of Excellence – Grand Rapids Magazine and 2007 Best of Wine Spectator Award of Excellence – An International Award.
