ENOTECA TOSCANA WINE BISTRO OF CAMARILLO

PRESENTS...

"SPECIAL Wine Tasting Event " - $12.00 per person

Tuesday, July 3rd only (5pm to 8pm)

Pacific Ridge is a boutique winery, producing less than 2000 cases each year of mainly Santa Barbara County appellation wines. We produce many wines from fruit grown at Bien Nacido and nearby vineyards, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah. Our proprietary red blend is produced from Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Pacific Ridge Vineyard, at our family home in Camarillo, consists of 4 acres of Syrah and Zinfandel. All wines are aged in 100% French oak barrels, from various coopers, forests, and toasting levels. The Pacific Ridge winemaking operation was founded by Bob Kelly and has been based in Santa Maria since 1996, sharing space with other winemakers at a custom crush facility. Wines are bottled under the labels of Pacific Ridge and Pacific Ridge Vineyards.

2005 Santa Barbara County Chardonnay

Cool Pacific Breezes and the Santa Barbara climate have given our handpicked Chardonnay a rich texture and generous layers of ripe fruit. Eleven months of aging in French oak barrels has added an elegant complexity to the citrus, pineapple, and tropical flavors of this classic vintage. Only 171 cases were produced.

2005 Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir

Morning coastal clouds skimming over the Santa Maria Valley followed by sunny, windswept afternoons have lent a cool climate sophistication to this exquisite wine. Our cuvee from four cutting edge vineyards spent fourteen months in French oak. A truly beautiful example of Santa Barbara Pinot Noir. Only 241 cases were produced.

2005 Paso Robles Syrah

We are proud to present this opulent single vineyard Syrah from Paso Robles. A wonderful display of color, richness, and range of flavor pour forth from the bottle. With this wine, we celebrate the 10th anniversary of our first vintage, enjoy it now. Only 96 cases were produced.

2004 Napa Valley Red Wine

Big, rich, and full-bodied, this masterful Napa red showcases impressive tiers of flavor from each of three top vineyards in Oakville and St. Helena. Our proprietary blend of 76% Merlot and 24% Cabernet Sauvignon was aged to complex perfection in French oak for twenty-three months. And yes, it is named after my mother, Grace Kelly. 125 cases produced.
