2001 McKeon-Phillips Cabernet, Bailey’s Private Reserve, Central Coast, Santa Barbara County, CA Opening with essences of blackberry, smoke, tobacco and chocolate, this outstanding Cabernet follows with a dark cherry, blackberry intensity in its mouth-filling flavors. It is beautifully balanced and complex with a lingering, dry finish.
2003 McKeon-Phillips Syrah Reserve, Santa Barbara County, Los Alamos Vineyard This wine opens with blackberries and lavender on the nose with hints of anise, smoke and dark fruits on the palate. Complex and multi layered with light tannins.
2003 McKeon-Phillips Cabernet Franc, Santa Barbara County Los, Alamos Vineyard This wine delivers aromas of dark fruits, smoke and chocolate followed by layers of dark fruit on the palate and a lingering finish.
2005 McKeon-Phillips Pinot Noir, Santa Barbara County This wine starts with bright red berries and spice on the nose followed by sweet spice, bright red berry fruits and a hint of charcoal on the finish. Light tannins.
2003 McKeon-Phillips Merlot, Santa Barbara County, Los Alamos Vineyard. This wine starts with aromas of dark cherry, plum and spice on the nose followed by layers rich dark fruits, chocolate and sweet oak on the palate.
