Join us for a fun and tasty demonstration of basic sushi preparation! Our expert
Sushi Chef, James Tan spent seven years in the kitchen at local Sushi-Ko before
venturing out on his own with Uni. According to
Digital City
, Uni (which means
"sea urchin") "has a contemporary, Westernized look and an ambitious menu." Chef Tan
will show you how to use the proper ingredients, how to source the best fish, and simple
techniques for world-class sushi - he guarantees a fun and informative demonstration!
After the Demo class we will have a complete sushi lunch with many different wines to enjoy with your meal.
Wine is included in the price!
