Northern Virginia Wine-Cooking Class: How to Prepare a Four Course Italian Dinner

In today's class we'll prepare a four course dinner that includes such favorites as Bruschetta with Sweet Peppers and Capers, Salad with Tart Greens and Prosciutto with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Chicken with Sundried Tomatoes, and Granita de Limone for dessert. About the instructor: Our chef for these classes always receives rave reviews from our members. She is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley and has worked in restaurants and catering in D.C. and Northern Virginia. For the last 15 years, she has taught a wide range of cooking classes.
