We all know it can be more enjoyable to cook with and for other people. But sometimes it can be just as much fun to have a party for one, and treat yourself to a well-prepared, delicious meal. Today's class is about pleasing no one but yourself. We'll learn how to make meals in 30 minutes or less, use leftovers in creative ways, and other quick and handy tricks. About the instructor: Our chef for these Arlington classes always receives rave reviews from our members. She is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley and has worked in restaurants and catering in D.C. and Northern Virginia. For the last 15 years, she has taught a wide range of cooking classes.
