Intermediate Certificate IC0508 - Details:
No previous wine knowledge is required. Class is appropriate for students who have a serious interest in wine, and those who wish to broaden their knowledge. The IC class is our starting class for those who wish to take our wine certification courses.
Intermediate Certificate covers the wines and spirits of the world in five three-hour sessions, followed by a one-hour multiple choice examination on a final (extra) session. Wine tasting is a part of every class.
This class is limited to 40 attendees.
Note: This class is a serious educational experience with formal sit down style events in classroom style seating (long rows of tables) vs. rounds. Spitting of wine is highly encouraged.
