Northern Virginia Wine-Friends of the Orphans' Cuatro de Mayo Fiesta

The Cuatro de Mayo celebration is the Friends of the Orphans’ own twist on Cinco de Mayo! The festivities will include LIVE salsa music from Son Quatro, a mouth-watering Latin-style buffet donated by Lauriol Plaza Restaurant, delicious sangría made from Tarara Winery Wine, salsa lessons generously provided by Ashburn Arthur Murray Studios, a fabulous silent auction including a vacation package at a Steamboat Springs ski resort condo, photo gallery of the children, luxury coach transportation to and from the party and, of course, WINE TASTING! Proceeds from the Cuatro de Mayo Fiesta will benefit the children living in Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH) Spanish for Our Little Brothers & Sisters homes located throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, supported by Friends of the Orphans.

Friends of the Orphans is the American fundraising organization for Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos International (NPH). Together we have opened self-sustaining orphanages in nine developing countries, as well as a free-of-cost hospital in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere. Currently there are over 3,500 children living in the NPH network of homes.

Tarara Winery is located in Leesburg, Virginia. The Friends of the Orphans Office is located at 8618 Westwood Center Drive in Vienna, Virginia (just off Route 7). Registration is $75 per person and includes a delicious Latin-style buffet, sangría made from delicious Tarara Winery wine, salsa lessons, wine tasting, luxury coach transportation to and from Tarara Winery, a fantastic silent auction, door and party game prizes. The event will run from 12pm to 3pm.
