Northern Virginia Wine-The Annual Gala Des Chefs of the French-International Culinary Society

Gael Cruchet, Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner, has selected a seasonal menu that is sure to please even the most discerning of palates. The four-course meal will feature flavors from around the world, including cheek and tenderloin of veal with asparagus and wild mushrooms, a delicate onion and leek tart and wild striped bass.

This year’s Annual Gala Des Chefs honors Francois Dionot, the founder and owner of L’Academie de Cuisine, who will be presented with the French “Merite Agricole” award by the Consul General of France, Michel Schaffauser. The event will also feature a silent auction to benefit the FICS and further the educational programs of its sponsors.
