Enjoy an evening of French wines and cheeses as we kick off the first event in our new series

Around the World in Seven Tastes

Join us Friday September 19^th at 7:00pm as we explore specially selected French wines (three white and three reds) each paired with exquisite French cheeses.

These cheeses are flown in directly from France and are hand crafted in the time-honored tradition of French cheese makers. In addition to these artisanal cheeses, we will be serving a selection of French charcuteries including delicious pates and sausage as well as freshly baked baguettes.

So take a tour of France with our two native French experts in wine and cheese; wine expert, Marc Brice and the talented French chef, Vincent Columbet.

Evening highlights will include:

An understanding of French wines and their Regions.
Our wine expert will demystify French wines for you as you enjoy Chardonnay from Burgundy, Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire, Syrah from the Rhone and Merlot from Bordeaux.

Learn the basics of French "fromage".
After discussing various wine and cheese pairings, Chef Columbet will demonstrate the proper way to cut, serve and store cheeses.
