Together with Foffano in Darlington, we have organised a Tuscan tasting night to bring you the real flavours of Tuscany. The menu includes:
Starter accompanied by Chardonnay Dal Cero
Ribollita
(Beans and mixed vegetable soup)
First course accompanied by Sangiovese Dal Cero
Tagliatelle al cinghiale
(Long egg pasta with wild boar)
Second course accompanied by Chianti Risalto
Pollo cacciatora
(Slow cooked chicken supreme in tomato sauce with mushrooms & olives)
