Treat Dad to a Father’s Day Dinner at Westport Rivers Vineyard & Winery. We continue our monthly dinner series with special guest Chef Paul Delios.

Westport Rivers welcomes Chef Paul Delios back to Long Acre House. After an always entertaining and insightful private tour with wine maker/owner Bill Russell we will return to Long Acre House for dinner. Chef Delios, former owner of Meze Estiatorio Restaurant in Charlestown, and Costa’s Provisions of Boston will introduce us to the flavorful wonders of Greek cooking and the magic of Cretan Olive Oil paired with his choice of the winery’s best still and sparkling wines.

Marithopita and Olive Bread with Cretan Olive Oil for dipping

Salad

Roasted feta, watermelon, and fennel salad

drizzled with lemon and olive oil

Paired with Westport Rivers 2002 Brut Cuvée RJR

Appetizer

Fresh vine ripened tomatoes

filled with a Spring scented pilaf served with peas and mint purée

Paired with Westport Rivers 2006 Rosé of Pinot Noir

Entrée

Cretan Spice rubbed Pork Tenderloin

served with Kasseri Cheese potato gratin and wilted local horta

Paired with Westport Rivers 2006 Riesling

Dessert

Olive Oil Cake

and Lemon-Honey Yoghurt Crème

Paired with Westport Rivers Pineau de Pinot
