Marshall's Cheese (Dobb Ferry,NY) has teamed up with Fred Cottineau(WSET),wine consultant to host monthly wine and cheese tasting classes .

The Loire valley, also known as the " Garden of France" with its world-famous castles is home to the most versatile wines and world’s most refined goat’s milk cheese.

We'll travel from Muscadet to Sancerre regions and explore outstanding white and red wines paired with Loire Valley's cheese.

Learn about the essentials of wine tasting techniques, grape varieties and wine-making as well as cheese basics and cheese-wine pairings.

Join us for a fun and educational evening in a beautiful outdoor setting at Mimosa in Dobbs Ferry (A quick 30 mn drive from NYC upper west side, via the Saw Mill River parkway )
