"How Benedictine Monks Created the Wine World," with Tony Hendra, author of Father Joe. Hendra will explore the vast influence of Benedictine monks in the history and development of wine. This holy order was responsible for the growth of burgundy, and its legacy persists in today’s pinot noirs and chardonnays.
