Spend the afternoon learning to cook mouthwatering dishes with traditional holiday flavors and an ethnic twist! This is a fully interactive, hands-on cooking class where you will create organic dishes that are both scrumptious and simple to prepare. By the end of this class you will have learned recipes and cooking techniques that are so universal that they can be used any time of the year. Cook these wonderful dishes for family and friends and present a meal that will be remembered long afterwards.

THE MENU:

Appetizer - Shrimp with a Pomegranate and Basil Sauce

Entree - Seared Free Range Chicken with a Cranberry-Ginger Chutney

Drink - 5 Spice Egg Nog

Dessert – Holiday Spiced Pudding with a Flavorful Liqueur

After the class you will relax and enjoy all of the dishes you've prepared along with your fellow classmates! You are welcome to bring along a bottle of wine or champagne to compliment the meal.
