Event Details
 
An 8-hour, 4-session course that combines wine fundamentals with an Alps-to-the-islands tour of Italian wine regions. Charles Scicolone will lead discussions and tastings concerning the components of wine, viticulture, vinification, food and wine matching and a comprehensive survey of regional Italian wines. The Italian Wine Course is an ideal introduction to Italian vintage for wine professionals as well as interested enthusiasts. Four consecutive Mondays.
