Event Details
 
We are adding an event centered on the wines of the Basque area as an authentic Basque cider has become available and we want to explore it. In addition there will be a Riesling/Hondarabbi blend, two traditional Txocholis, a red from Au Pays Basque (just over the border in the French Basque region) and finish with a treat from Canada.

We also promise some seasonal Basque dishes for the pairing.

The Basque classes usually sell out early, so booking is encouraged.
