New York City Wine-Sake Class and Naked Sushi Tasting

Thank you so much for your interest in our unique Sake Classes at Ambassador Wines on 2nd Ave. We will be having in-depth sake classes’ types taught by our in-house sake expert: Leonard Phillips. In our private classroom and you will have the opportunity to learn all about the types of quality sakes and to learn the intricacies of this centuries old process.

We also believe that most sakes show a preference for fine foods so we have teamed up with the talented chefs and artisans of NYC Naked Sushi provide the highest quality sushi presented in an ancient geisha method: Nyotaimori. This is a well-accepted and practiced tradition in Japan. It is recognized as an art form in Japan and has been part of the Geisha culture dating back hundreds of years... It is based on the idea that sushi is made to delight all of the senses when display on a lovely human canvas.
