Italy's varied choice of cured meats make a natural partner for wine, but where does one begin understanding how best to match cheese with a favorite bottle?

Let food and wine authority Jim Hutchinson show you how at Vinoteca's popular Salumi class. Through six carefully selected pairings participants will discover Italy's cured meats to be as diverse and unique as the country's wines.

Participants can save 20% on the total cost if they choose to attend both Salumi and Formaggi (May 21) classes.
