About Karen King: Karen King worked with the Union Square Hospitality Group for twenty years. She was the Wine Director at Union Square Café, the Beverage Director at Gramercy Tavern, and she opened the restaurants at The Museum of Modern Art in 2004 in the role of Beverage Director.

Karen has taught wine classes for The French Culinary Institute and at the Institute for Culinary Education, among others. She has served as a judge in wine competitions and joined Eric Asimov's panel for The New York Times on numerous occasions. Sharing information and joy about wine is one of her passions. She is now working with Winebow on the distribution side of the business as a sales manager.
