From Goat's milk to Cow's milk to "Wait, my mouth is getting numb!" we'll get the blues the best way we know how - blue cheese! From mild, melancholic styles to fiery, peppery bad boys we'll explore the veined complexity of the moldiest of all cheeses. And you ain't got the blues if you ain't got some booze, so we'll wash down our blues with white, red and sweet wines.
