Did you know that some Rosé wines are made from 150 year old vines? Did you know that most Rosé wines are high alcohol? Did you know that some of the longest lived Champagnes are made from the Rosé method? In this class you will learn it all and become the ultimate trivia expert at your next picnic.

So do something different this Saturday afternoon and join our passionate wine education team as we go all over the world to discover the complexities of some famous Rosés wines! We will be learning about the unique methods used to make these wines.  We will be sampling wines from: France, Germany, Italy, Australia, California, Spain and a few more to surprise you!

We will approach this class with the same fun and interactive challenges we do all of our educational series. We will test our senses in the "Aroma Challenge" and taste a series of wines blind to choose the "Winner of the Day".  This class takes place in the comfort of our formal, air-conditioned, classroom complete with audio-visual entertainment and hand-on (and mouths-on) activities. So come and join the fun!

Welcome to one of New York’s newest Secrets: The NEW Wine Classroom at Ambassador Wines.  Tucked away in our private wine cellar we have built a showcase classroom with formal tasting space, flat-screen presentations, and hired one of the most sought-after wine Educators in the City to teach you about the amazing wines that artisan producers are making. (And, yes it is all air-conditioned—a great way to out-stay the summer heat!) Ambassador Wines & Spirits is a 3rd Generation family-owned fine wine shop with over 6,000 wines and spirits each selected by our family to share with yours.
