Enjoy scrumptious Charbay libations (we serve almost every product we've hand crafted, including wines, ports, rums, whiskey and vodka - 19 in all) paired with delicious Tra Vigne small plates. Try a vodka flight paired with the smoked beef short ribs, or a glass of refreshing Charbay Rose with the Mozzarella Cheese "Al Minuto" (hand rolled to order - addictive!). Hang out with Marko - our 13th generation wine maker and distiller, or any one of the Karakasevic clan for a truly unique experience. No where else can you taste the full spectrum of Charbay wines and spirits - we'll see you there! All wines and spirits will be available for sale.
