Event Details

Start off your holiday party with a glass of bubbly and serve it throughout the meal! The most famous sparkling wine in the world comes from France. Discover what makes Champagne the gold standard and explore other quality sparkling wines from France such as Cremants. Then finish off your evening with a glass of unctuous sweet wine from Sauternes. In this course, discover the unique climatic conditions that form the basis of one of the world’s most famous sweet wines.

Students must be at least 21 years of age. Please bring six wine glasses. Pre-registration is required.
