Join CleanFish, Silverado Resort's Chef Peter Pahk, and Fish Friendly Farming Certified Mendocino Vintner, May Elke in a celebration of North American Wild Fisheries and Fish Friendly Wines. This prix-fixe, all inclusive dinner will pair these incredible wines with sustainable wild fish in a special menu created for the occasion. Meet those behind the project and bring any questions you have about the connection between wineries, watersheds and wild fisheries.

A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit wild fisheries restoration projects.
