“If you build it, they will come.” Sterling Vineyards’ sixth annual Silver Screen series of outdoor movies begins on July 12 with “Field of Dreams,” the ultimate baseball fantasy movie, starring Kevin Costner, Amy Madigan, James Earl Jones and Ray Liotta. Doors open for picnicking at 7 p.m., and the show begins at full dark with vintage cartoons followed by the feature movie. Delicious gourmet munchies and BBQ dinners and an array of wines will be available for tasting and purchase before and during the show. Tickets will be available at the door. All proceeds from movie tickets and 50% of proceeds from food and wine sales will benefit the St Helena and Calistoga Family Centers. “Field of Dreams” is rated PG
