Before Robert Parker and Wine Spectator, local producers in certain Bordeaux appellations formulated "rankings" of their wines based on superior terroir, winemaking and reputation, as a means of promoting them.  These are among the finest wines in Bordeaux.  Discover the independent classifications from the Right and Left Banks and taste through these wines.  Students must be at least 21 years of age.  Please bring six clear wine glasses.  Pre-registration required.  Please refer to Course #55993.
