Take Mom shopping at the ultimate kitchen store, the Spice Islands Marketplace inside the CIA at Greystone in the Napa Valley. The whole family can get their just desserts at the “Let Them Eat Cake” event featuring cooking demonstrations by CIA Baking & Pastry graduate, Annie Baker (yes, that’s her real name!) of Mustard’s Grill.

The Spice Islands Marketplace will inspire bakers of all ages with gold standard baking gadgets and equipment, the CIA’s newly released Cake Art book and the professional tips from Annie Baker.
