Join Andrea Immer Robinson in her new Weekend Immersion Wine & Food Pairing Course series. It is home-based at Copia: The American Center for Wine, Food & the Arts in Napa. In this class you will learn to taste and pair like a pro, discover techniques for knowing what a wine will taste like just by looking at the label, and taste world-class and collectible wines valued at more than $1500, paired with delicious foods. The wines include Penfolds Grange, Gaja Barbaresco, Grand Cru Burgundy, and aged Bordeaux.
