The 2008 Women for WineSense Grand Event will highlight the best and brightest women in wine when it descends on Napa Valley this spring. Held at the legendary Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, this year’s action packed weekend, “Celebrating Women in Wine” is hosted by 2008 Honorary Chair, Michaela Rodeno CEO of St. Supery Winery. The event features panel discussions with luminaries such as Selene Vineyards owner and winemaker Mia Kline, Elaine Honig, founder of Wine, Women and Shoes, and author and media personality Leslie Sbrocco. If that’s not enough, listen to pioneers discuss the latest in sustainable winemaking , taste award-winning wines from Northern California and beyond during Saturday’s Grand Tasting and meet the women behind some of today’s coveted cult wines. To complete your weekend, join us on Friday evening for a Wine Reception at Paraduxx Winery in Napa, CA and take a Behind the Scenes Winery Tour at St. Supery Winery or Spring Mountain Winery.
