Join architect Stan Field on a multi media journey to the past…and back to the future, as Inca technology partners with today’s… with channels,  originally carrying  water,… turning water to wine, as it were, in utilizing Incan technology for gravitational water flow for storage, as the means for moving the juice to the barrels.

In the late 1960's, Stan left his native South Africa to study under Lou Kahn ("My Architect"). Stan has embarked on a continual search for an architectural interpretation that reflects the fluidity and immediacy of time and place. Each project is inspired by a diligent reading of time and typology. He then draws on and overlays a set of ideas that are uncovered and interpreted. Stan's work has spanned over 30 years in three continents.  He was appointed Chief Architect to the City of Jerusalem and has taught at the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, and the University of California at Berkeley.
