Indulge in an unforgettable food and wine experience at HALL Rutherford, showcasing the HALL Artisan Collection. This luncheon includes hand-crafted limited-production wines expertly paired with seasonal organic cuisine. Chef Jane Coxwell of Table Mountain Catering partnered with HALL Sommeliers to select dishes that complement the flavor profiles of HALL's plush, fruit-driven wines. The ensemble is designed to delight the full spectrum of the palate.
Graciously hosted by our HALL sommelier, guests will explore the alchemy of aromas, flavors and textures that result from well paired food and wine. The spectacular HALL Rutherford caves provide the perfect setting for this celebration of the senses.

Paired with 2006 HALL T Bar T Sauvignon Blanc, Alexander Valley

Roasted St. Helena Rib Eye atop Caramelized Root Vegetables and a Chocolate-Chili Scented Sauce
Paired with the 2005 HALL T Bar T Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley and the 2005 Diamond Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon
Third Course
Local Artisan Cheeses with Macerated Bing Cherries and Dates
Paired with the 2005 HALL Darwin
Guests will depart with a preciously packaged gourmet confection and a 375 ml bottle of the 2004 HALL "Kathryn Hall" Cabernet Sauvignon.
