Napa Wine-Sushi Sensation with Chat Mingkwan

Chef, author and cooking instructor Chat Mingkwan will demonstrate how to prepare deliciously sticky sushi rice, and then use it to make Nigiri (finger rolls) and Maki Nori (seaweed hand rolls). The program includes a healthy and delicious Japanese lunch paired with three Sauvignon Blanc wines.
