LEARN THE BASICS OF WINE BLENDING WITH ANTHONY BELL

Join us at Bell Wine Cellars for a Cabernet Blending class.  Anthony has been making wine in the Napa Valley for the past 30 years, first as the winemaker at BV and now at Bell Wine Cellars. Anthony will lead you through the basics of blending and then you will have the opprotunity to put together your own blend.  As our guests you will have the chance to taste all of the componants (Cabernet Clones, Merlot, Petit Verdot & Cabernet Franc)  seperately then taste the blends that we have at the winery before trying your hand at blending.
