Please join us at the Culinary Institute of America, Greystone for the induction of Mr. Robert Mondavi into the Vintners Hall of Fame. Mr. Mondavi, along with Andre Tchelistcheff, Georges de Latour, Charles Krug, Agoston Haraszthy, Gustave Niebaum, Brother Timothy, Maynard Amerine and Harold Olmo will be the first inductees into the CIA’s Vintners Hall of Fame. The celebration at The Culinary Institute of America, Greystone, will include the collaboration of Annie Roberts, Margrit Mondavi’s daughter and former Robert Mondavi Winery chef, with the chefs of the Culinary Institute of America as they create some of Robert Mondavi’s favorite dishes for the guests.
