Chocolate Truffles

Lecture, demonstration and hands-on

Learn how to make chocolate truffles and experiment with exotic flavors. You will make 8 truffles to take home. We will use Scharffen Berger chocolate to blend with flavors from around the world. (Grand Manier, almond, coconut, chili, and lemon verbena). These will make great hostess gifts for the holiday season.
