Monterey Wine-TusCA Ristorante Celebrates California Wine Month with Scheid Vineyards

As part of their vineyard-to-table event series every Thursday during September, Scheid Vineyards has invited top Monterey County chefs join them to celebrate the exceptional wines and cuisine produced in Monterey County. For this special, festive evening, Chef Mark Ayers will create a multi-course tasting menu of dishes to complement a selection of wines from the esteemed Salinas winery’s portfolio. The evening’s menu will feature TusCA Ristorante’s seasonal California-inspired Tuscan cuisine, with Chef Ayers presenting inspired dishes designed to expertly complement each of the four featured wines from Scheid Vineyards – Rosé, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Gewürztraminer.
