WINE FROM THE HEART will be the TASTING ROOM for the Joyce's & Staff, Winemakers of CHAUTEAU CHRISTINA WINES, Joyce Vineyards, for the Monterey Passport Weekend,  No Passport Required for this Event.

WINERY:  One of Monterey County’s most respected boutique wineries, producing only single vineyard wines from optimal local microclimates, with less than an 1200 case annual production.

WINEMAKER:  Winemaker / Proprietor Frank Joyce studied his winemaking at UC Davis, along with Paul Hobbs and Kathy Joseph.  Dr. Joyce is a true renaissance man, having retired from a career as a racecar driver and now operating a successful dental practice near his winery.  His famous quote “my job is to leave the tannins in the barrel, not on your teeth,” sums up his winemaking style of complex and fruit-forward wines with a plush texture and polished tannins.
