| Annie Wegner LeFort shows you how to preserve the local harvest by using produce from local Farmers' Markets and your own garden. Tonight she focuses on Tomatoes. She will demonstrate how to preserve their flavor with canned sauces, fresh salsas, pickling, freezing and drying. Cost includes handouts, refreshments and raffle prizes. |
