Wine69 and Miami Wine Tasters are thrilled to welcome

Micah Edelstein

of Top Chef fame (aka The Wandering Chef) for a night of culinary delight.

Micah is just back from traveling Europe and has brought back a treasure of

gourmet discoveries, which will be interspersed throughout her dishes!

She will be pairing her original dishes to enhance six different Italian wines, so come prepared for culinary decadent indulgence, tongue tantalizing temptation creations and epicurean delight with every pairing.

The featured wine for this dinner is from Zonin Family Vintners

Today, almost two centuries after the Zonins’ first winery was founded at Gambellara in 1821, the family owns and operates 11 vineyard estates in all of Italy’s most important vine-growing Regions. The modern growth of the company was initiated in 1957, by today’s President, Gianni Zonin, who has dedicated all of his energy and passion to producing wines of ever higher quality while creating the largest vineyard holding (4.500 acres) in Italy.
