Though Art Basel will have come to a close, Cioppino restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne captures the artistry of fine dining with an exclusive evening with Mario Bollag of Terralsole vineyard. The winemaker will showcase his most current releases including the award-winning 2003 Brunello di Montalcino; 2005 Coldoro IGT Merlot, the first vintage of his varietal wines, and the U.S. premier of Grappa Riserva di Brunello, which up until now, has never been tasted outside the Montalcino region. Complementing the experience is exquisite cuisine, whereby each of the four courses is expertly created around each glass.
