CANADA goes “Belgium” with Unibroue
Unibroue makes a wide range of beers, although there is a focus on Belgian-style brews, such as their Maudite ("Damned"), La Fin du Monde ("The End of the World"), and Blache de Chambly. Unibroue is a brewery located in Chambly, Quebec, Canada that was started by Quebec native André Dion.
Blanche de Chambly(blahsnh-deh-shahm-blee)
White Ale 5%. Has an alluring pale golden color, effervescent foam and a subtle bouquet of spice and citrus notes. It is a mildly malty, sightly sweet and refreshingly thirst-quenching.
Maudite(moe-dzit)
Strong amber-red ale 8%. Has a deep amber-red color with a rocky foam head and an appealing aroma of wild spices and floral hop notes.
It is spicy, vinous, and deliciously complex with a crisp hop finish.
La Fin du Monde(la-faeh-doo-mohnd)
Strong triple-style 9%. Has a brilliant golden color with vigorously effervescent foam. It is midly yeasty with a complex palate of malt, fruit and spice notes followed by a smooth, dry finish.
