On Friday, Oct. 10th we are hosting a dinner focused on the fabulous food and wine of California bistros. For years the chefs, winemakers, and growers in California have been at the forefront of pairing world class wines with cuisine based on the freshest products, allowing the essence of the food to shine through. We have embraced that approach with our own special four course menu we are calling our California Bistro Evening.
