Canyon California Merlot by Cartlidge & Browne Winery

Its aromas are keyed on ripe black fruits - cassis, plum, black cherry - and are filled out by rich notes of cocoa, licorice, and baking spices. It is a wine with fine palate coverage, soft tannins, and an overall harmonious character.

Valle Escondidio, Argentina Merlot by Gouguenheim

Unlike many Merlots at this price that tend to be a bit thin and tart, Gouguenheim’s Merlot expresses mature fruit, good structure and a fullness that reminds us just how good Merlot can be!

Our 2005 Traditions is a velvety, polished wine with astonishing length and intensity. The nose offers a wide array of aromatics including cherry, blackberry, vanilla and spice. The texture is ripe and lush with well-integrated tannins. A small addition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Barbera bring a complementary depth, structure and bouquet to the wine.
